Deposit/ Cancellation Policy 

Deposit Policy- I require a $60 deposit upon booking an appointment for ALL new clients. ALL new clients are required to put down credit card information, ie: credit card number, expiration date, and security code, in order to book an appointment. The credit card information is used for ALL future appointments, whether pre booked at the end of a service or scheduled at a later time.

Cancellation/ Reschedule Policy - I require a 48 hour notice of cancellation prior to your appointment. If you cancel less than 48 hours prior to your appointment the $60 deposit is NOT refundable. If this is not your first appointment with me I will be running the credit card you have on file for $60. If you reschedule less than 24 hours prior to your appointment a $60 charge will be run on the credit card you have on file.

No shows- If you do not show up to your appointment 100% of the appointment total that you have booked will be charged to the card you have on file.

Refunds: There will be no refunds given at any time. In an event that a refund needs to be issued that will be at the discretion of McKenna Rotell. If a refund is given it will be minus processing fees.
